Cancellation Policy

*To reschedule booking log into your account 24 hours before lessons start time. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice following charges apply Reschedule window charges- Free reschedule more than 24 hours before a session start time - fee payable A$0 Between 24 hours and 1 hour before a session start time- fee payable A$35 Less than 1 hour before session start time - fee payable A$50 *Refund Policy Thank you for choosing our driving school. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before booking your Driving Lessons. If you need to cancel a Driving Lesson, please notify us as soon as possible. 1.Lesson Packages and Gift Vouchers Lesson packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Both lesson packages and gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold. 2.Lesson Requirements Clients must have a valid license, which must be carried at all times during driving lessons. (No Licence – No Lesson). Paper or online app logbooks are the responsibility of the client. Driving Lessons commence and end at a pre-determined pick-up/drop-off point as booked. If you are late, the Driving Instructor cannot deliver the full Driving Lesson, resulting in a shortened lesson. You will be picked up and dropped off as booked, as the Driving Instructor must attend to the next client in the area. 3.Refunds If a refund is agreed upon with management, we reserve the right to recalculate any packages by removing discounts and recalculating at the normal rate to determine the refund amount. All refunds are subject to a $30.00 administration fee without exception. We strive to rebook cancelled lessons to avoid passing on any charges or forfeits. 4. Drug & Alcohol Policy We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. If our Driving Instructors feel you are not fit to drive for any reason, the lesson will be terminated, and the full fee will be forfeited. 5.Unforeseen Circumstances- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson via phone, email, or text due to unforeseen circumstances or dangerous weather conditions. Driving Lessons will not be rescheduled due to rain.
